Study information

Data and access

Specify separately:

• screening/contact data;
• interview notes and participant code;
• audio/video recording;
• transcript;
• exact quotations and whether attributed/anonymized;
• follow-up contact;
• team/mentor/institution access;
• AI transcription/analysis provider, location, retention, and human review;
• retention/deletion date; and
• publication or commercial product use.

Participant choices

Use separate unticked choices, as applicable:

Withdrawal and limits

Explain how to withdraw, the deadline, what can still be deleted, and when anonymized/aggregated findings or published material can no longer reasonably be withdrawn. Participation is not a sales condition and declining has no penalty.
