## Registration connection

Production registration must record separately:

- agreement to the Terms of Use;
- acknowledgement that the Privacy Notice was presented and read;
- age and authority confirmation;
- agreement to the Acceptable Use Policy;
- optional direct-marketing consent, off by default; and
- optional non-essential analytics consent, off by default.

Each record must contain user ID, document type, semantic version, content hash, locale, displayed-at time, accepted/declined-at time, source route, and withdrawal/supersession state. Do not store acceptance as a mutable boolean on the user profile.

## Launch blockers

Qualified counsel must confirm the operator identity, registered address, support/privacy contacts, governing law, dispute route, Qatar/Philippines applicability, minimum age, payment/cancellation model, subprocessor locations, transfer mechanism, retention periods, and Filipino/Taglish, Arabic or other required legal-language versions before a broader public launch.
